This tiny bathroom in our house has been bugging me for a while now. So I decided that our powder room needed something to make it a little brighter (besides repainting it), like some new bathroom decor. I am so in love with the color, but it is dramatically dark in such a small space.
I thought maybe decorating it with some white and light colored decorations would brighten it up a bit. So I got to work thinking what I could do to bring some fresh, new light to it.
I made the signs using my Cricut machine (which I am obsessed with). I use the Cricut Explore Air 2 and I love it! My dear hubby got it for me for Christmas and I couldn’t be happier! It is so simple to use and there are endless possibilities when it comes to projects you can make with this thing. I have done everything from decals for glass canisters to shirts for my sister-in-laws bachelorette party to clothes for our entire family for our last Disney trip. Check it out here on Amazon if you are interested.
I cut out the decal for the canvas using adhesive vinyl and I used heat transfer vinyl for the wooden sign. Also, I picked up the canvases during a sale at Ollies, just like these ones sold on Amazon. I can’t for the life of me remember where I got the wooden sign from but it is very similar to this one. I also ordered the shelves for over the toilet from Amazon here.
Decorated with a few things I had around the house and voila! I think it has made a vast improvement to our tiny bathroom. I am so happy with how it turned out.
